to pull estatements for loans here what i found in banno but not sure will this api pull loan estatements

You’re looking at the right API for retrieving account statements. Banno’s account model includes loans, and the Documents API supports listing documents and downloading statement PDFs.

If the loan e-statements are returned for that account, you should be able to download them through this endpioint.

Thanks @samcouch Additionally, I would like to understand whether all FIs using Banno receive eStatements through the Consumer API. What about FIs that use a third-party vendor such as BHM or Velera for eStatements?

Not necessarily. eStatement availability through the Consumer API depends on the FI’s setup and the user’s document eligibility.
