Address change/Phone number change/ Re -order history - Silverlake CORE APIs?

Hi Jack Henry Team,

We are currently integrating self-service card replacement workflows for Silverlake CORE with non CPS processor client and need guidance on which APIs, endpoints, or data fields provide historical card actions and member profile maintenance timestamps.

Could you please provide details on how to retrieve the following information:

  1. Card Reorder History & Frequency

    • Which API endpoint provides the card reorder/re-issuance history or replacement count for a cardholder/account?

    • Does the core return a list of past reorder dates, or is there a specific counter/field tracking reorders over a rolling period (e.g., past 6 months)?

  2. Card Issue Date

    • Which field in the card detail inquiry response reflects the card’s issue date?

    • If a card has previously been re-issued or replaced, does this field represent the original issuance date or the most recent re-issuance date?

  3. Address Change History / Last Modified Date

    • How can we retrieve the timestamp or date of the member’s last address change?

    • Is there a specific field (such as a last address change date) or an audit/customer maintenance endpoint available to check when the address was last updated?

  4. Phone Number Change History / Last Modified Date

    • How can we check the last updated timestamp for a member’s phone numbers (primary/mobile)?

    • Is this change date tracked at the individual phone record level, or via customer profile maintenance logs?

Thank you for your assistance.

For items 1 and 2: non CPS cards are not tracked in core. For item 3: the AddrSrch API provides AddrSrchRecArray.AddrSrchRec.AddrInfo.AddrLastChng that notes when the last address change occurred. For item 4: We do not provide phone number last change date.

How to get access to this AddrSrch API ? We have already completed the certification process and are in active implementation phase with a client.

To have access to the API via a client environment, you would have to have developed the API previously and provided proof of development during an Integration Readiness Check. See Solution Enhancements | jXchange - SOAP API | Jack Henry Docs to add the API to your list of approved APIs within a client environment.

This API was not part of the integration readiness check. As we are running against the tight timelines, is there a way to expedite to get access to AddrSrch API ? I would like to communicate the timelines to the client. So, can you please help me understand the timelines for this API access in client environment?

You can email a full, unredacted request and response XML as a .txt or .xml file to the DeveloperRelations@jackhenry.com mailbox, requesting a review and addition to your approved API list. However, that will not supersede the bank’s need to request the API being added to their environment. That step is up to the bank and the implementations team. (Please note the Implementations team is working off of a 45 day + backlog for any requests.)
